Make over your pillows...

Use existing pillows and add new covers in new colors.  Replace multiple little pillows with two to three larger pillows, at least 18 inches in size.  Larger scale sofas can take 20 to 22 inch pillows with ease.  Or, the more can be the merrier!  Use smaller pillows to draw an accent color in the room to pull the whole look together. If your pillows match the sofa and they came with it, this is a great place to start updating.
